i purchased your 3 week diet guide before xmas and started it on the 21st jan and it was a very informative and easily readable guide. I've lost 8 kg in 12 days, i'm just concerned that i'm losing too much too quickly . The Saturday Morning Diet plan is a personal story as I work to lose weight and shed the pounds of fat that have been collecting for all these years. Now is the time I start taking my life back! I want to be healthly and be around to enjoy all that life and family have to offer! My time is now to lose weight fast!
It all started when I went to my doctor for my annual physical and she said that I was obese. The word "obese" did not mean anything to me at the time. What did scared me straight was the look of "total resignation" in her eyes saying she knew there was nothing that she had in her bag of tricks (medicines) that would be able to help me. I applied for the bypass gastric surgery but was turned down by the insurance company because they wanted me to have been on some supervised weight loss program for the past six months. I knew I had to do something!
I remembered a coworker had gone to the Medifast diet program and I called and arranged an appointment. It was not run by a medical doctor but by a "Health Consultant" for the Medifast program. I paid $300.00 for a months supply of food and was told to eat one of the packages every 2 to 3 hours and have a salad for dinner.
