They want to lose weight with the least amount of hassle and effort. You want to lose weight quickly, effectively and still fit all of that into your current lifestyle and schedule.
sounds like a dream right? but do read on i am actually a college/university student and i participate in my dormitories/hostel events as well as work part time during the weekends to pay for my college fees. Basically, i am pretty busy but i still manage to keep lean and fit
